Malphrus clients invest millions of dollars in their real estate portfolios, and these projects often include world-class amenities. These same owners turn to Malphrus to build their parks and recreational facilities, and public entities are now following suit. The same skill sets that Malphrus brings to a golf course can be directly translated to a soccer field, baseball complex or park.

The second major area covered under Special Projects is the construction of residential infrastructure. Some owners develop lots around their golf courses, and Malphrus Construction, the parent company of Malphrus Golf, is licensed to perform infrastructure construction, including placement of water and sewer, paving, grading and drainage, and related tasks.
